Created June 2003, first located at the 2nd floor of the Dante Liban building,
the IV-Rizal section STARTED ITS HISTORY. It has not been common to some because some were friends since the first year
of high school, and even some, since elementary years. "It would never change. These faces are faces I have seen before...and
over, and over, again." At first, I had this thought. I didn't consider things will be very different. You still have the
same classmates, the same ambience, the same school, the same kind of bonding. But one thing I didn't notice was the CHANGE.
As time passed by, I have understood this change, and it really helped me a lot to improve my personality. But in order for
you to experience the change that I am saying, you have to be with your classmates - your friends. And I had. In fact, I didn't
notice that the change made me more mature, independent, and imaginative. Until such time that we had reached the time of
separation, the time that we really have to prove that the CHANGE has done a lot to make it to another stage in life - the
College life. We do not see each other that often anymore, because there's no Bagong Silangan College located at a small
barangay, unless some students chose to stay there. But even though there's no more bondings, high school gimmicks, and the
usual classroom activities (that I really miss), this SECTION PREPARED ME INTO FACING THE ADJUSTMENTS I am facing now. Believe
me fellow Rizalians, what we've learned in high school have a great impact on where and what we are now, isn't it?
